Peer Support Groups

Tiger Counseling Center is proud to offer Peer Support Groups as an alternative or supplement to Individual Counseling services.

Our peer-led gatherings provide a safe and empathetic space for individuals facing similar challenges to connect, share experiences, and support one another on their journeys to wellness. Here, you'll find a community of like-minded individuals who understand the unique struggles you may be facing.

Whether you're seeking guidance, validation, or simply a sense of belonging, our peer support groups offer a nurturing environment where your voice is heard, your experiences are valued, and together, we navigate the path towards healing and growth. Join us in fostering connections and finding strength in shared experiences.
