六合彩网上投注app President Michael L. Frandsen has been appointed to serve on the NCAA Division III Membership Committee. His service will begin immediately.

The Membership Committee oversees the provisional and reclassifying membership process, programming and resources for the education of active members, and reviews waiver requests of membership requirements. Members serve a three-year term and meet in-person twice each year in February and June, while also conducting monthly teleconferences.

鈥淏eing asked to represent Wittenberg and our great tradition in intercollegiate athletics, and provide a voice for NCAA Division III membership-related programming and decisions is an honor,鈥 Frandsen said. 鈥淒ivision III offers student-athletes the chance to find their true center across multiple academic, co-curricular, and athletics experiences, all of which produce tomorrow鈥檚 leaders. I look forward to partnering with my NCAA Division III colleagues to further that goal.鈥

According to the NCAA website, more than 190,000 student-athletes at 450 institutions make up Division III, the largest NCAA division both in number of participants and number of schools. The Division III experience offers participation in a competitive athletic environment that pushes student-athletes to excel on the field and build upon their potential by tackling new challenges across campus.
